Tropical depression to enter PAR Thursday; may enhance habagat

MANILA, Philippines — The tropical depression monitored outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) will enter the country by Thursday morning or afternoon and is expected to enhance the southwest monsoon, according to the state weather bureau on Wednesday.  In the 5 a.m. weather forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa),
