Apartments in The Dunes in Perranporth Open for Holiday Bookings

Duchy Holidays this week announces that it is taking bookings for holiday apartments in an exclusive, new beachside resort in Perranporth in North Cornwall, in the United Kingdom.

Plush holiday apartments in The Dunes in Perranporth — a major, new beachside development in Cornwall — are now available to book through local letting agents Duchy Holidays.

The Cornish holiday company has started taking bookings for the new holiday apartments located in The Dunes — a newly constructed complex of 36 properties located right next to Perranporth Beach.

Developers are busy putting the finishing touches to the site, which includes a mix of privately owned one, two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments and houses. The site has been under construction for the past 18 months, following the demolition of the former Ponsmere Hotel.

Duchy Holidays is promoting three of the apartments in The Dunes as holiday lets on behalf of the property owners. These properties are now available to book for Christmas this year and throughout the spring and summer of 2019.

The properties now available for holiday bookings are:

— A one-bedroom, side-facing apartment which sleeps two people.

— A two-bedroom, front-facing apartment, with doors which open onto a balcony overlooking the beach, which sleeps four people.

— A four-bedroom, pet-friendly, front-facing apartment with sea views, which sleeps up to eight people.

All three apartments have open plan kitchen and living spaces, stylish modern interiors and modern conveniences including superfast WiFi. All are located just yards from the beach, which is popular with holidaymakers and surfers all year-round.
